The Dome ™ is the first electric oven with the aesthetic and functional characteristics of traditional Neapolitan wood-fired ovens, respecting the peculiar shape of the external concrete dome and the internal dome made of refractory bricks. The special arrangement of the heating elements allows it to be the first in the sector to make the most of the shape and composition of a traditional Neapolitan wood-fired oven to achieve perfect cooking. The temperatures of the top and bottom are individually adjustable. You can choose between the Eco Line version with a painted outer dome and digital control and the Pro Line version with a mosaic outer dome and touch screen control. The Dome ™ is also available in gas and wood-fired versions in sizes 100, 120 and 130.
