The Mini Giant ™ is our futuristic multifunctional tunnel oven for baking on natural stone NBS ™, designed and developed for perfect baking of all bakery products such as pizza, bread, cakes and delicatessen products of various kinds. Made entirely of aluminium, it is 100% recyclable.
The Napolitan ™ is the world’s first electric tunnel oven for cooking real Neapolitan pizza. With a design largely similar to The Mini Giant ™, enhanced technical features, in addition to an all natural stone cooking chamber NBS ™ is capable of reaching a temperature of 500°C.
The Dome ™ is a dome oven that combines the aesthetic and functional characteristics of traditional Neapolitan wood-fired ovens with all the advantages of an electric oven. The entire oven is hand-built and the inner dome is made of refractory stone bricks, while the stalls are made entirely of Biscotto di Sorrento. The temperatures of the top and bottom are separately adjustable. The Dome ™ is also available in gas and wood-fired versions.
